What are the causes of oil leakage on Komatsu PC1250 track roller?

During assembly, if the floating seal rubber ring does not fit the floating seal ring groove or is not in close contact with the floating seal ring, the floating seal rubber ring will apply uneven pressure to the floating seal ring, resulting in increased local blade wear when the floating seal ring rotates, and then oil leakage. When assembling the inner and outer covers, if the edge of the O-ring is cut, half of it is stuck outside the ring groove, or it is twisted when installed in the ring groove, it will reduce the sealing performance and service life of the O-ring.
Pressure change: During the air tightness inspection, if the pressure does not reach a certain value, no leakage may be detected. There will be no leakage after oil injection.
