Material Selection and Preprocessing
Raw Material Inspection: Incoming materials must undergo spectral analysis, metallographic analysis, and tensile testing to ensure compliance with national standards.
Preprocessing: CNC saw/laser cutting blanking → Quenching and tempering (quenching + tempering) → Straightening (deformation ≤ 0.1mm/m).

Precision Machining
1. Cylinder Machining Process
Rough boring (deep hole drilling, with 0.5–1mm allowance) → Finish boring (floating boring head, inner diameter tolerance within ±0.02mm) → Honing (diamond honing stones, surface roughness Ra 0.2–0.4μm) → Roller burnishing (forms a work-hardened layer to enhance wear resistance and fatigue strength).

Welding and Assembly
Welding Process
MAG/MIG gas metal arc welding or TIG welding is adopted with precision machined grooves. Cylinders and flanges are welded using a circular seam welding machine (welding pressure 8,000–12,000N). Post-weld ultrasonic/X-ray flaw detection is performed to ensure no welding defects.
Assembly Procedure
Prerequisite: Ultrasonic cleaning + high-pressure air cutting of all components; assembly environment cleanliness class ≥ 100,000.

Surface Treatment and Finished Product Inspection
Surface Treatment
Cylinder outer surface: Epoxy primer + polyurethane topcoat (thickness 80–120μm).
Finished Product Inspection
Inspection items include: dimensional accuracy measurement with a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), pressure test at 1.5 times the working pressure, leakage test (≤ 0.5mL/min), stroke accuracy test, and visual inspection. All products must pass factory inspection before delivery.

Energy Efficiency and Fuel Savings
Equipped with stick regeneration circuit technology, it recycles hydraulic oil during operation and directly delivers it to the opposite side of the cylinder.
